职位描述
1. User Behavior Analysis & Growth Strategy:
Conduct deep-dive analysis on rental driver behavior metrics (e.g., completion rate, retention, active hours, rental cycle) to identify key drivers of retention and conversion
Design and execute supply-side growth initiatives, including but not limited to:
Lead distribution logic optimization: improve allocation efficiency and conversion ROI between driver leads and partners, Driver rental credit scoring & risk management frameworks: lower entry barriers for drivers, Competitive intelligence & market insights: proactively identify growth opportunities and drive product innovation
2. Rental Driver Lifecycle Management & Operational Loop:
Establish a full lifecycle management system for rental drivers, and design differentiated operational strategies for each lifecycle stage and validate effectiveness through A/B testing
Establish core monitoring metrics (e.g., first trip completion rate, week-2 retention, lease renewal rate, churn rate) to track supply-side health in real time
Form a complete operational loop of "data monitoring → problem identification → strategy design → A/B validation → iteration and optimization"
3. Cross-functional Collaboration:
Work closely with regional operations, risk, and fintech teams to ensure smooth execution of rental driver operational strategies
Translate driver lifecycle insights into product requirements and collaborate with R&D to drive feature launches
1. 用户行为分析与增长策略
深入分析租车司机用户行为数据(如完单率、留存、活跃时长、租车周期),识别影响转化与留存的关键因子
设计并落地供给侧增长项目,包括但不限于:
线索分配逻辑优化:提升司机线索到合作方的分配效率及转化ROI
司机租车信用评分与风控框架:降低司机入行门槛
竞品监控与市场洞察:主动发现增长机会并推动产品创新
2. 租车司机生命周期管理 & 运营闭环
建立租车司机全生命周期管理体系,针对各生命周期节点设计差异化运营策略,并通过A/B实验验证效果
建立核心监控指标体系(如首次完单率、次周留存、租约续签率、流失率等),实时追踪供给侧健康度
形成“数据监控 → 问题识别 → 策略设计 → 实验验证 → 迭代优化”的完整运营闭环
3. 跨团队协同
与区域运营、风险、金融科技等团队紧密配合,确保租车司机运营策略的顺畅落地
将司机生命周期中的用户洞察转化为产品需求,协同产研推动功能上线
任职要求
- Bachelor's degree or above in Economics, Statistics, Marketing, or related fields
- 1-3 years of experience in User Operations, Growth Operations, or Product Operations; experience in mobility, car rental, or fintech is a plus
- Strong data analytics skills; proficient in SQL or Excel for data extraction and analysis
- Deep curiosity about rental driver behavior; able to generate insights through both data and research
- Results-driven with the ability to independently drive projects to completion
- Fluent in both English and Mandarin as working languages
1) 本科及以上学历,经济学、统计学、市场营销或相关专业优先
2) 1-3年用户运营、增长运营或产品运营经验,有出行、租车、金融科技行业经验者优先
3) 具备优秀的数据分析能力,熟练使用SQL或Excel进行数据提取与分析 对租车司机用户行为有深刻好奇心,能通过数据和调研结合的方式形成洞察
4) 结果导向,能独立推动项目落地
5) 英文可以用于工作语言
