Your Responsibilities:  Conduct risk assessment and thread analysis to identify potential cybersecurity risk and vulnerabilities in automotive embedded system software, in-vehicle network, electronic control unit.  Define cybersecurity requirements and design secure architecture and mechanism according to vehicle level cybersecurity requirement and industry standards.  Develop and execute security testing plans to validate the effectiveness of cybersecurity controls and mechanisms, including penetration testing, vulnerability assessments and fuzz testing.  Provide secure coding practices and guidelines to developers. And monitor the execution. Hands on implement security related software development, e.g. secure boot, secure communication, secure diagnostic, Autosar security configuration…  Ensure development process and activities compliance with relevant cybersecurity standards, regulations, industry best practices and vehicle level security requirement. Responsible for getting Cyber Security audit and certification  Collaborate closely with hardware engineers, software developers, system architects to integrate security solution to hardware and software implementation.  Lead security related problem solving in the project    Required Qualification:  Education: Major in Computer science, Electronic, or similar subject with Bachelor degree or above  Work Experience: At least 5 years of experience in embedded system cyber security development in the automotive industry, familiarity with automotive electronic systems.  Knowledge, skills and abilities:   Proven experience as an Automotive Cybersecurity Engineer for system and software development.   In-depth knowledge with Hardware security modules(HSM) and Secure Hardware Extension(SHE) . Experience on using these hardware-based security feature to protect cryptographic keys, perform cryptographic operations, and ensure the integrity and confidentiality of the sensitive data.   Hands on experience on Autosar Security solution(Crypto/CryIf/Csm…), and SecOC to implement end-to end security of communication, secure boot, secure diagnostic, secure flash…  Familiar with automotive cybersecurity standards, regulation, and best practices, such as ISO/SAE 21434…  Familiar with encryption algorithm application e.g. CMAC/ AES/ RNG/ RSA/ SHA …   Excellent communication skills and teamwork spirit, able to collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to solve technical problems and challenges.  Strong learning ability and problem-solving skills, able to quickly adapt to new technologies and work environments.

Tasks: -Serving as the department's liaison with the various suppliers for the test stands and obtaining the latest information on the Modeling from market -Responsible for the continuous develop and debug Modelling technology on HiL test bench. -Gathering the ECU technical information from technical department and Vendor -Support for realization of the test equipment update with Vendor -Responsible for integrate SoftECU, physics and VD (vehicle dynamics) Modeling into HiL environment. -Respesponsible for Modelling of SoftECU, physics and VD (vehicle dynamics) -Responsible for commissioning and optimization the Models of current situation -Responsible for calibration of models of testbench -Responsible for analysis of offline and online Modelling results . Key tasks: Leading BMS HiL test process: -Draft test plan and test scope, follow project timeline. -BMS function test on HV BMS HiL test bench. -Output and Result Reporting of Test Reports. -Failure analysis and handling during testing process. -Manage test resource. Build up BMS test competence: -Construction of HV BMS HiL test bench, set up toolchain, join CI&CD in future. -Analysis BMS system and SW requirement, generate delta test spec and test cases, optimization of test process. Other: -Support SW develop team with issue analysis. -Support battery test, vehicle test, and other high test levels of the V-cycle. -Support SW PM with BMS SW delivery. Qualification and skills: -Bachelor's degree and above in automotive, electrical, control, electronics, etc. -Minimum 3 years working experience of HV BMS HiL test experience, minimum 6 years working experience of HV Powertrain HiL test management. -Proficient with tools such as CANoe, CANape, VT, ECU Test, Matlab, ControlDesk. -Familiar with test benches of different suppliers e.g. Dspace, ETAS, Vector, or local supplier. -Familiar with ASPICE, ISO26262. -Familiar with Polarion, JIRA, Conference, etc. -Good English listening, speaking, reading, and writing skills, which can be used as a working language. -Series production testing experience is preferred. -Head OEM or HV Battery suppliers experience is preferred. -Working experience in VW JV company is preferred. -SW development experience in BMS/VCU/e-drive preferred.

BSW requirements： •Alignment with BMS system engineer, analyze BMS system requirements, define specification for the Basic software for the BMS within the HV battery, ensuring it meets the operational needs of our electric vehicles. BSW development: •Implement functional and basic software specification & development requirements, vehicle software interfaces definition of related software. •Alignment with BMS BSW suppliers, to implement BSW coding and modification. •Alignment with BMS ASW engineer and BMS HW engineer in technical interface. BMS software integration, release. BSW testing: •Implement smoke test, static test, etc, output testing reports. •Support HIL test, battery test, vehicle test, and other high-test levels of the V-cycle, ensuring comprehensive assessment and adherence to quality standards. •Lead in the risk assessment for any BMS BSW function failures, proposing solutions to mitigate risks effectively.
