Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute a comprehensive marketing strategy to achieve brand awareness and customer acquisition goals.
- Lead a talented marketing team, providing strategic direction, mentorship, and professional development opportunities.
- Build and maintain relationships with external partners, including agencies, influencers, and media outlets.
- Leverage data and analytics to optimize marketing campaigns, drive performance improvements, and identify growth opportunities.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment on brand messaging, product launches, and promotional activities.
- Identify emerging trends and opportunities in the Gen Z fashion market, leveraging insights to drive innovation and brand differentiation.
- Foster a culture of creativity, experimentation, and collaboration within the marketing team and across the organization.
- Lead by example, embodying values of inclusivity, sustainability, and authenticity.
职位要求
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field; MBA or advanced degree preferred.
- 10+ years of experience in marketing, with at least 5 years in a leadership role.
- Proven track record of developing and executing successful marketing strategies for consumer brands, with a focus on digital and social media marketing.
- Strong understanding of the Gen Z demographic and the latest trends in fashion, lifestyle, and culture.
- Experience managing multi-channel marketing campaigns, including influencer partnerships, social media advertising, and email marketing.
- Analytical mindset with a data-driven approach to decision-making and performance optimization.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate a clear vision and inspire others to action.
