岗位职责:
1. Identify and reach out to potential clients through outbound channels and industry events, building a consistent pipeline of qualified leads.
2. Support the end-to-end sales process, including initial outreach, client meetings, proposal preparation, and follow-ups to move opportunities forward.
3. Maintain and grow relationships with existing clients, ensuring smooth communication and identifying opportunities for repeat business.
4. Coordinate with internal teams (production, art, technical) to gather inputs and prepare tailored proposals, pitch decks, and cost estimates.
5. Assist in contract discussions (MSA, SOW, pricing) and ensure all required documents are aligned and processed in a timely manner.
6. Track pipeline progress and update CRM/tools regularly, ensuring visibility on deal status, next steps, and potential risks.
任职要求:
1.Bachelor's degree or above; study experience in Europe or the US is a strong plus.
2.Strong English proficiency, with the ability to use English as a working language; IELTS score of 6 or above.
3.Outgoing personality, strong communication skills, and good adaptability.
4.Experience in business development, including client outreach and account management for overseas clients; experience in the gaming art industry is preferred.
