About The Job

It is systematically developed with flexibility and functionality to meet the complex day to day local compliance needs of countries across the globe.
The depth and breadth of the accounting features is constantly being expanded to meet the accounting needs of multinational businesses operating in a global context. Accounting Product team members draw on their domain knowledge and industry expertise to define and implement features to meet all aspects of accounting.
As an Accounting Product Specialist (Korean-Speaking), you will play a pivotal role in defining and enhancing our accounting solutions. You will leverage your domain expertise in accounting and financial software to analyze market needs, design product improvements, and support customers globally, with a particular focus on Korea.
This role requires fluency in Korean, as you will be involved in supporting Korean-speaking clients and business operations.
Accounting Product Specialist Job Responsibility
Design requirements and perform functional testing for accounting products, research market and user needs, and improve products accordingly while participating in the development of relevant software projects.
Utilize accounting business knowledge and financial software experience to guide local team members and provide ongoing business support to clients.
Demonstrate strong problem analysis and process documentation skills.
Design and implement solutions, and write requirements/specifications for the development team.
Build and maintain a product information repository to support future product development.
Exhibit self-driven learning abilities and maintain continuous self-improvement.
Show strong communication and collaboration skills.
Your knowledge and Understanding
Fluency in Korean (Required): Strong proficiency in both Korean and English is essential, as you will engage with Korean-speaking clients and stakeholders.
In-depth Knowledge of Accounting and Financial Practices: You possess a strong understanding of accounting principles and financial practices, backed by relevant academic qualifications or professional experience in a product role, with a track record of collaborating effectively with cross functional teams to successfully build B2B SaaS products.
Experience with Financial Software: You have hands-on experience with financial software systems, giving you the ability to guide team members and provide ongoing support to clients.
Product Development and Specification Writing: You understand the product development lifecycle and have experience in designing requirements, testing functionalities, and writing detailed specifications for development teams.
Market and User Research: You are skilled in conducting thorough market research and understanding user needs, which allows you to make informed decisions on product improvements.
Problem Analysis and Solution Design: You are adept at analyzing problems and designing effective solutions.
Communication and Collaboration: You understand the importance of strong communication and collaboration within a team.
Self-driven Learning and Development: You have a proactive approach to learning and personal development.
Industry-specific Experience (Preferred): If applicable, you bring valuable experience from related industries such as logistics, warehousing, freight, or import/export customs clearance.
