【职位职责】
1、战略规划:制定和实施战略,扩大公司业务包括跨境电商合规服务,重点关注中国及国际市场的进入和增长。
2、运营管理:监督日常运营,并通过新的标准操作程序(SOP)提高各部门的效率。
3、合规与法规:确保遵守国际贸易法律、海关法规和目标市场的当地法律。
4、市场分析:进行市场研究,识别不同地区的趋势、客户偏好和竞争格局。
5、技术整合:实施和管理SaaS电子商务平台、支付网关和其他支持跨境交易的技术。
6、供应商和合作伙伴管理:建立和维护与国际供应链和合作伙伴的关系。
7、财务监督:管理预算、财务规划和跨境运营的报告。
8、团队领导:领导并发展一个在跨境电子商务合规、咨询和环保领域具有专业知识的团队。
9、创新:推动跨境电商合规服务战略的创新,包括新市场进入、产品供应和客户参与。
10、政策制定:制定和实施公司政策和程序,确保运营顺畅和合规。
11、招聘和培训:招聘、雇用和培训员工,建立一支胜任且高效的团队,确保他们熟悉跨境电子商务实践。
【任职要求】
1、教育:工商管理、国际贸易或相关领域的全日制本科及以上学历。
2、经验:5年以上跨境电商产业工作经验,具备3年以上行政和管理经验。
3、技能:熟悉跨境电商行业的发展趋势、对国际贸易政策和电子商务平台有深刻理解,并具备出色的沟通能力和能够有效整合内部和外部资源。
4、语言能力:精通英语和中文(普通话),具备读写及对话能力。
Job Responsibilities:
1、Strategic Planning: Develop and implement strategies to expand the company’s cross-border e-commerce compliance service operations, focusing on market entry and growth in both China & international markets.
2、Operational Management: Oversee the daily operations and improve the efficiencies for different divisions with new SOP.
3、Compliance and Regulations: Ensure compliance with international trade laws, customs regulations, and local laws in target markets.
4、Market Analysis: Conduct market research to identify trends, customer preferences, and competitive landscape in different regions.
5、Technology Integration: Implement and manage SaaS e-commerce platforms, payment gateways, and other technologies to support cross-border transactions.
6、Vendor and Partner Management: Establish and maintain relationships with international vendors and partners.
7、Financial Oversight: Manage budgets, financial planning, and reporting specific to cross-border operations.
8、Team Leadership: Lead and develop a team with expertise in cross-border e-commerce compliance, consultation and environmental protection arena.
9、Innovation: Drive innovation in cross-border e-commerce compliance services strategies, including new market entry, product offerings, and customer engagement.
10、Policy Formulation: Develop and implement company policies and procedures to ensure smooth and compliant operations.
11、Hiring and Training: Recruit, hire, and train employees to build a competent and efficient team, ensuring they are well-versed in cross-border e-commerce practices.
Job Requirements:
1、Education: A bachelor degree in Business Administration, International Trade, or a related field.
2、Experience: Minimum 5 years of cross-border e-commerce industry experience, with at least 3 years of executive & managerial experience.
3、Skills: Familiar with the development trends of the cross-border e-commerce industry, has a deep understanding of international trade policies and e-commerce platforms, and possesses excellent communication skills and the ability to effectively integrate internal and external resources.
4、Language Proficiency: Fluent in English and Chinese (Mandarin), both speaking and writing.
