Job Summary
As the HR Manager/Supervisor overseeing COE and SSC, you will lead strategic HR initiatives, policy development, and operational efficiency. This role bridges business strategy with HR execution, ensuring alignment with organizational goals while delivering scalable HR solutions.
Key Responsibilities
COE Leadership:
Design and implement global HR policies, frameworks, and best practices.
Lead talent management programs (succession planning, leadership development).
Analyze HR metrics to drive data-informed decision-making.
Partner with business leaders to address workforce challenges.
HRBP:
Serve as a trusted advisor to business leaders, providing HR expertise and strategic support.
Partner with managers to identify talent needs, workforce planning, and succession strategies.
Drive employee engagement initiatives, including performance management, career development, and retention programs.
Lead change management efforts, ensuring smooth transitions during organizational restructuring or mergers.
Analyze HR metrics and trends to provide actionable insights for business decision-making.
Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field.
3+ years of HR experience in COE/SSC roles.
Strong analytical skills and project management experience.
Fluency in English or Spanish; multilingualism is a plus.
