Full-Stack Engineer About the role You will buildproduct surfaces and backend services end to end — the AI-native way. You'll drive Claude Code and Codex as daily force multipliers, and work shoulder-to-shoulder with the Agent Harness and model training teams to turn agent capabilities into experiences millions of users can feel. Responsibilities Manage end-to-end payroll operations across multiple Southeast Asian countries, including Singapore, Malaysia, Thailand, Indonesia, Vietnam and the Philippines. Ensure payroll accuracy and compliance with local tax, social security and employment regulations. Manage external payroll vendors and coordinate with HR, Finance, Tax and other regional stakeholders. Drive payroll process optimization, standardization and automation. Support payroll audits, system implementation and regional payroll projects. Monitor local regulatory changes and provide payroll-related advice.
