岗位职责:
1.制定海外市场MR产品销售策略 Set up the MR product strategy for the oversea market business
2.制作符合海外市场需要的产品资料(产品介绍,参数规格,产品手册,对比表等)Deliver the product content which customer,sales and dealer need like product introduction, data sheet; maunal, comparision table etc
3.密切与上游市场和研发沟通,确保NPI的开发、上市复合海外市场的需要 Cooperate with upstream and R&D team to ensure NPI developed and GTM in line with oversea market's target
4.计划、支持重要展会,学术会议以及重要地区市场推广 Plan and support promotion even like RSNA,ECR, Arab Health, roadshow in key country
5.培训销售和代理商 Training sales & dealer
任职要求:
1.临床医学、医学影像专业本科/研究生以上学历(既往影像产品经理经验优先)Major in clinical medicine/Radiology, bachelor/master, imaging working experience prefered
2.5年以上医疗产品管理经验(大影像产品优先)5 years working experience in healthcare product related, Imaging product experience prefered
3.良好的沟通技巧,英语听说读写流利 Good English skill on communication
4.战略性思维,数据驱动决策思维,数据搜集,分析,管理能力 Strategic thinking, data driven on marketing anlaysis
5. 跨部门合作能力 Strong capability on crosss function working
