Primary Job Responsibilities: • Develop system to auto-manage search engine clusters with health monitoring, alerting, and auto-remediation. • Deliver highly scalable and supportable search engine infrastructure. • Produce high quality and well-documented code. • Produce high quality software designs to support long-term maintainability and extensibility of code. Job Requirements: • Smart, quick learning and proactive. • Solid knowledge about data structure and algorithms. • Proficient in Java, Scala, or C++ programming. • Hands-on experience with full software development cycle, particularly in the area of distributed computing, large scale system design, multi-threading and concurrency. • Experience with open source technologies like Zookeeper, SPARK, Kafka, etc. is a big plus. • Self-motivated and able to work independently. • Good communication skills. • BS/BA or above in CS or related field. Master degree and above is preferred.

Responsibilities ● Implement new user-facing features in company’s products which have a huge amount of PV everyday ● Write client-side code to create super-fast, easy-to-use, web-based applications which include website for both desktop and mobile browsers, hybrid in-app pages and desktop applications based on Electron. ● Optimize web applications to maximize speed and scale. ● Build libraries and frameworks that support complex web applications, speedup development efficiency and improve code quality. Minimum qualifications ● Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in computer science, engineering or equivalent industry experience. ● Experience in developing responsive web sites for diverse clients from high powered desktop computers to small footprint mobile devices. ● Experience with modern front end technologies (eg React, styled system, webpack, etc) Preferred qualifications: ● Your active Github/NPM portfolio ● Familiarity with the whole web stack, including protocols and server side techniques.

Able to travel to San Francisco and other international locations when necessary. Requirements Experience must include the following: Java, J2EE, SOA services, Design Patterns, OO Concepts. Experience in building RESTFul API-based systems, to be used in high performance situations. Able to work with very different data stores like MySQL, Redis, Riak, and with different searchengines like Solr (nice to have) and Elasticsearch (nice to have). Other requirements are including: Data structures, XML, Web technologies and internet protocols. Database driven applicationdevelopment such as Oracle, SQL or schema design. XML Schemas, HTML, AJAX, SOA andWSDL. Knowledge of Windows and UNIX development environment, source codemanagement and bug tracking. Java application debugging and DB performance issues. IBMWebsphere or other J2EE application servers, such as: IDE. Competent in modern web front-end technologies - HTML5/CSS/JavaScript/Node.js experience is a plus. Node.js is highly preferred.

Knowledge of SQL and NoSQL is needed. • Expert level experience in at least one of the ML learning software (R/Python/Scala/Tensor flow) is needed. • Good communication skills in both verbal and written, ability to work with large cross-functional teams of technical and non-technical members • Knowledge of SQL , Oracle(or Teredata), R, python is preferred. Working experience or knowledge of search engine, search engine marketing, internet marketing, information retrieval is preferred.
