岗位职责:
1. The Concept Artist will have a significant role in establishing and defining the visual design.
概念设计师会与AD紧密合作, 在确定视觉设计上发挥重要作用。
2. The Concept Artist should possess the ability to set forth the art vision and create imagery that will communicate the visual experience and help blueprint all the aspects of the game for content authoring.
概念设计师应该具备将视觉体验图像化的能力,在游戏美术内容的各个领域都能引领设计,帮助工作室实现下一步的愿景。
3. The Concept will communicate expressively and creatively with multiple POC`s from Art directors to Team lead.
概念设计师会和多位POC 包括从艺术总监到Team lead进行富有表现力和创造性的交流。
任职要求:
1. 5 years+ for concept in games or a related field
5年以上概念设计工作或相关领域。
2. The Concept Artist should have a deep understanding of composition and color, the ability to render exciting designs, and a strong sense of vision for conceptual art
应该具备构图,色彩,渲染方面的能力,和良好的美术感觉。
3. A deep understanding and enthusiasm for all aspects of realistic and stylized conceptual art, such as: characters, environments, mechanical objects, props, etc
对写实和风格化的概念设计都有深刻的理解和热情,包括角色,场景,机械,物件,等等。
4. Excellent drawing and painting skills in both traditional and digital formats • Creative, adaptable and flexible art style with attention to aesthetic detail
出色的传统和数字绘画技巧,创造性和灵活多变的艺术风格,兼顾审美细节。
5. Ability to convey a message through visual presentation
能用视觉范例传达设计信息。
6. Proficiency in Photoshop or Painter or similar software
善于使用photoshop或者painter。
7. Well versed in principles of color theory and lighting
深刻了解色彩灯光理论。
8. Experience with rapid-iteration of drawings and paintings
对快速提案-反馈的工作方法有所了解。
9. Proactive personality with a passion to self-drive ideas, active communication and help promote the domain。
积极主动的性格,能帮助整个concept部门成长。
10. Willingness to present ideas and knowledge and workflow share with others
乐于和其他人分享知识,创意或流程。
11. Familiar with western culture。
了解西方文化。
12. Detail oriented, organized and able to meet project requirements
注重细节,规范,能达到具体的项目要求。
技能要求:
1. 2 years+ games production experience
两年以上的游戏行业背景。
2. Formal traditional art training
正规的传统艺术训练。
3. English and Mandarin proficiency
英语汉语熟练。
4. Familiarity with 3d software
了解3D软件。
5. A resume and portfolio that reflects the skills and abilities above
一份能代表以上个人能力的简历和作品集。
6. Passion for games
对游戏有激情。
7. Strong technical and communication skills
良好的技术和交流能力。
8. Additional illustration or design skills
插图或者设计类的工作经验。
9. A solid understanding of asset management practices
美术资产管理方面的经验。
10. Good aptitude for problem solving and self-starting with the ability to work with minimal direction
解决问题的能力和在有限的指导下自主工作的能力。
