Key Responsibilities: • Support various tasks related to investment and financing projects. • Collect industry data and prepare analytical reports to facilitate investment decisionmaking. • Assist in conducting industry research, sourcing opportunities, financial analysis, data collection, expert interviews, analysis of Chinese/English research reports, valuation modeling, and other related tasks. • Handle additional tasks assigned by supervisors. Requirements: • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree from a reputable university in Finance, Economics, STEM, Medicine, or related fields. • Ability to conduct research independently; prior internship or work experience in PE/VC, FA, consulting, or industry research is preferred. • Solid financial acumen, strong English proficiency, and advanced skills in Excel and PowerPoint. • Innovative mindset with business sensitivity; capable of identifying potential investment and commercial opportunities. • Detail-oriented and reliable.

Responsibilities 1. Be familiar with the industrial business conditions and ecology behind the fund. 2. Build and nurture long-term relationships with Limited Partners (family offices, high networth individuals, sovereign wealth funds, fund of funds, etc). 3. Articulate investment strategies to global investors. 4. Represent EVP in cross-border LP communities, events and conferences. 5. Help the fund continuously optimize fundraising strategies and materials. 6. Build EVP's visitibility in robotics, AI, and global venture networks. 7. Undertake work related to the fund's closed-loop management and daily operations. Requirements 1. Excellent communication, expression and negotiation skills. 2. Ability to work autonomously and take initiative. 3. Preference for those who have work experience in US dollar-denominated funds, with participation in the full fundraising process for LPs; alternatively, having experience as a sales professional who has served overseas institutional clients and large clients, with rich resources and qualifications in this field. 4. Strong language proficiency: preference for those with the ability to speak two or more foreign languages.

Responsibilities 1.Undertake investment in incubated and growth-stage projects within the group's industrial ecosystem. 2.Conduct sourcing and investment of global projects. 3.Investment focus primarily covers: robotics, AI and consumer technology. 4.Develop a deep understanding of the logic underlying industrial investment. Requirements 1.Graduation from a QS Top 50 university, with a combined background in financial investment and industry. 2.Proficiency in identifying project potential and strong business acumen, supported by proven cases. 3.At least 3 years of relevant investment experience in private equity (PE) or venture capital (VC).

Responsibilities 1.Be familiar with the industrial business conditions and ecology behind the fund. 2.Assist the fund in maintaining existing Limited Partners (LPs) and establishing connections with new LPs, including family offices, high-wealth individuals, industrial capitals, sovereign funds, fund of funds (FoFs), etc. 3.Help the fund continuously optimize fundraising strategies and materials. 4.Undertake the process work related to the fund's closed-loop management and daily operations. Requirements 1.Strong language proficiency: Ability to speak two or more foreign languages. 2.Excellent communication, expression and negotiation skills. 3.Having work experience in US dollar-denominated funds, with participation in the full fundraising process for LPs, and good appearance and demeanor; alternatively, having experience as a sales professional who has served overseas institutional clients and large clients, with rich resources and qualifications in this field.

 5–10 years of Investor Relations or Fundraising experience within USD-denominated private equity or venture capital funds.  Strong understanding of global LP ecosystems, fundraising cycles, and investor expectations.  Proven track record in developing and maintaining relationships with institutional investors, family offices, and other capital partners.  Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English; additional languages are a plus.  Independent, self-motivated, and results-driven with strong business negotiation and cross-cultural communication skills.  Bachelor’s degree or above; international education or professional experience preferred.

1.美元基金财务 负责管理公司及基金的全面财务核算、报告及日常运营,确保符合相关国家或地区的基金会计准则。 与第三方机构配合,主导基金年度审计工作,并确保各类税务申报的准确性与及时性。 精准执行资本调用(Capital Call)与资金分配(Distribution),协调托管银行、行政管理人及投资着。 2、基金运营 基金主体与架构维护:负责管理公司、GP、基金及下设特殊目的载体(SPV)的日常合规管理, 包括但不限于年检、注册信息更新、银行账户管理及法律文件日档,确保所有实体合法存续。 投资者报告:独立编制并按时交付高质量的季度/年度报告及投资者信函。 LP沟通与问询:作为财务及运营接口,及时、专业地回应现有及潜在有限合伙人(LP)的各类财 务与运营问询。 3.募资支持 募资尽职调查支持:在基金募资期，深度参与准备财务尽调材料,快速响应潜在LP的尽调问题,协助完成Data Room的搭建。 募资材料准备:协助募资团队准备募集说明书、路演材料及其他也推介文件中的财务模型、历史业绩数据及合规信息。 任职要求: 1.知名机构美元基金财务或fund admin3年以上工作经验 2.熟悉美元基金"募、投、管、退"全流程,具备基金主体维护及夸境架构的实战经验下(如开曼、BVI、香港)的实战经验 3.全日制本科学历及以上,英文口语和书写流利,有海外学习及工作背景优先 4.愿意专注在财务管理和基金运营,职业规划长期稳定,踏实认真,细致谨慎,责任心强,抗压性强 5.具有良好的沟通、协调能力,能够独立解决跨部门问题

岗位职责： • 投资项目的分析与评估，重点覆盖人工智能、机器人及消费科技等领域； • 跟踪已投项目进展，定期撰写报告与总结 • 拓展与国际机构 LP（主权财富基金、大学捐赠基金、家族办公室等）的关系 • 向全球投资者清晰阐述基金的投资策略。 岗位要求： • 金融、经济或理工科相关专业本科及以上学历； • 需要有一级市场的实习经验，对基金投融资工作有基本认知；对有消费、科技、文娱行业投资感兴趣优先；具备募资能力优先； • 具备较强的市场分析能力和财务分析能力，熟悉投资流程； • 中英语听说读写流利者优先，会其他语种也是加分项。
