As the China IT Manager, you will lead and grow a team that delivers high-quality, scalable enterprise solutions to ensure delightful employee experience. You will be a hands-on technical leader responsible for the end-to-end delivery of services and solutions across the core functions below.
Key Responsibilities
• Al Workflows: Partner with engineering teams to design and implement LLM agents, tool calling, and RAG-based workflows to optimize support processes
• Process Optimization: Build automation and integrations across ServiceNow, identity, monitoring, and Saas plattorms, covering end-to-end systems
• Operational Excellence: Oversee multi-platform support (Windows, macOS, Linux, mobile) and ensure delivery of employee-facing IT services across lifecycle and site operations
• Incident & Service Management: Lead incident response and service operations, driving continuous improvement through user feedback and best practices
• People Management: Lead and grow engineering teams, driving prioritization, planning, and execution to ensure high-quality delivery
Key Requirements
• 12+ years in IT engineering/support, including 6+ years in technical leadership
• Strong expertise in Windows, macOS, Linux, and enterprise tools (ServiceNow, Jira, Al tools), with experience in automation and solution development.
• Experience applying Al to improve employee or operational efficiency.
• Familiar with monitoring/observability tools and
programming(Python, Go, or similar)
• Basic knowledge of networking and site infrastructure
• Proven ability to build and scale technical teams in fast-paced environments
• Fluent in Mandarin and English
• Strong communication skills with the ability to influence stakeholders and translate technical concepts into business value
