个人简介：Graduated from the Department of Industrial Design of Guangzhou University in 2001, Len had been working for Bamboo Networks Co., LTD., the first CMM-I5-level US-owned IT company in southern China for 4 years. In Feb. 2005, he became the director of the Design Department of China Telecom, one of the largest telecommunication SOEs in China. In 2006, Len accepted Hong Kong Dim Sum TV’s offer to serve as the team leader in Channel Identify Department. As a veteran in the field of media, he led the team to integrate the multimedia (TV) media solution with streaming media, and implement the application of network media. With creativity, commitment and ability to inspire, Len contributed greatly to the success of many tasks. In 2013, SYSMAX Group, an international business in illumination and electronics, invited Len to take on the role of Marketing Director, and the responsibility of overseeing the Marketing Department, marketing positioning of the brand Nitecore, branding programs (tradeshows, independent reviews, advertising arrangements etc.) with various promotional platforms and other public relations affairs.
