中粮信托有限责任公司（以下简称“中粮信托”）于2009年7月1日获中国银行业监督管理委员会批准开业。中粮信托注册地在北京，是由中国银监会直接监管的非银行金融机构。经由中国银监会批准，中粮信托于2012年成功引进战略投资者——蒙特利尔银行。目前股东架构为中粮资本投资有限公司持股76.0095%；蒙特利尔银行持股19.99%；中粮财务有限责任公司持股4.0005%。 COFCO Trust Co., Ltd. was set up on July 1, 2009 in Beijing with ratification from China Banking Regulatory Commission (CBRC). It is a non-bank financial institution under CBRC’s direct supervision. COFCO Trust has obtained the CBRC’s approval for increase in the registered capital, and adjustment in the shareholding structure via the strategic alliance with BMO.
