We believe that exploring and co-creating the right model together could be a happy “autopilot” journey in nurturing “invisible” leaders of tomorrow. Autopilot Leadership Lab has collaborated with different companies and organizations to promote and implement the Autopilot Leadership Model across Asia as well as US and Europe. The Autopilot Leadership Lab (ALLab) was established in June 2016, the lab is devoted in exploring and researching about the Autopilot Leadership Model and the related tools in order to increase efficiency and effectiveness in organizations, enabling management with ease and unleashing the full potentials of work teams in order to meet organization goals; achieving sustainable developments.
