In February 2010, UTAC Group completed the acquisition of ASAT, and changed the company name to UTAC Dongguan. With more than 15 years of development, UDG is equipped with world-class semiconductor packages, manufacturing lines and services team; sales branches have been set up in Germany, Singapore, Hong Kong, Japan, and several other countries; its product line has successfully ventured into the markets of America, Asian, and Europe.
