工作职责 1、负责学院整体运营及管理,搭建学院运营体系,构建和优化学习平台,成为公司中高层管理干部的培养基地; 2、依据公司发展战略与业务对人才的需求,导入适合的培训理念与方法完成对中高层管理干部培训专项的策划、设计、组织和实施; 3、负责学院课程体系建设、师资队伍建设,实现内部知识经验的萃取与沉淀,推动组织能力提升; 4、有计划性地拓展外部培训渠道和资源,建立长期合作关系。 任职资格 1、40岁以下,985、211本科及以上全日制学历(硬性要求); 2、有大型零售连锁企业或外部商学院工作背景,具备规划思路和落地实战经验,有成功案例; 3、主导过中高管培训体系搭建、课程体系开发等架构性工作,有落地实战经验; 4、具备良好的内外部培训资源整合能力与渠道资源; 5、有非常强的内驱力和学习能力,务实、成果导向强,能带领团队共同成长,实现组织赋能工作。
