岗位职责： 1. 负责CNC数控加工中心和数控车床加工程序。按照ISO体系要求，形成相关生产技术文件，执行技术指导生产的核心理念； 2. 编制程序前检查产品3d模型和图纸，分析3D模型，考虑优质程序的可行性； 3. 根据工艺路径,负责部分产品所需夹具设计； 4. 刀具选择，切削效果分析以及改进； 5. 负责生产产品的工艺和程序优化，持续改善，提高产品质量和生产效率，并快速灵活满足客户需求； 6. 主管交办的其他工作。 任职资格： 1. 中专及以上学历，机械类相关专业； 2. 熟练运用NX软件编程或Edgecam软件,熟悉Fanuc数控系统和西门子840D系统； 3. 3年以上机加工软件编程经验，5年以上单件小批量产品程序和控制经验优先；（车床和加工中心均有FANUC系统，车床编程必须有手工编程和软件编程经验，无实际经验请***简历.） 4. 运用现代质量工具分析问题，快速灵活解决问题，有交付意识和强的执行能力以及较强的成本意识。 5. 能阅读英文图纸和理解技术要求优先； 6. 此岗位为蓝领岗位，需要根据生产和产品倒班.

工作职责： 1. 询价阶段：以专业知识识别产品特性，评估如何加工产品，加工成本和加工时间 2. 根据ISO9001体系要求，准备相关文件（如工艺文件，作业指导等） 3. 制定高效高质量的产品工艺和机加工工艺/程序 4. 负责产品工艺过程相关夹具设计 5. 负责指导和控制制造全过程 （例如：机加工,EDM,研磨,表面处理等工艺） 6. 负责解决生产加工中遇到的工艺问题，保证加工操作平稳进行。 7. 负责产品工艺的优化，提高产品质量和生产效率，降低产品成本 8. 负责新产品试制工艺，协助其他部门开发新产品 岗位要求： 1. 材料、机械相关专业，精通产品图纸各种形位公差和技术要求. 2. 精通各种机加工设备的加工能力和范围以及特点 3. 3年以上机加工工艺和产品加工相关工艺/程序,具备较强的制造知识，能设计和识别产品加工过程中的风险和采取有效的应对措施 4. 熟练运用3D软件（CAD或UG或其他程序软件）和办公软件， 英语 Responsibilities: 1. Inquiry stage: identify product characteristics with professional knowledge, evaluate how to process products, processing costs and processing time 2. Prepare relevant documents (such as process documents, operation instructions, etc.) according to ISO9001 system requirements 3. Develop efficient and high-quality product processes and machining processes/procedures 4. Responsible for fixture design related to product process 5. Guide and control the whole manufacturing process (such as machining, EDM, grinding, surface treatment, etc.) 6. Be responsible for solving process problems encountered in production and processing, and ensuring smooth processing operation. 7. Be responsible for optimizing product process, improving product quality and production efficiency, and reducing product cost 8. Be responsible for the trial production process of new products, and assist other departments to develop new products Qualifications: 1. Major in materials and machinery, proficient in various geometric tolerances and technical requirements of product drawings 2. Be proficient in the processing capacity, scope and characteristics of various machining equipment 3. More than 3 years of machining process and product processing related processes/procedures, with strong manufacturing knowledge, able to design and identify risks in product processing and take effective countermeasures 4. Proficient in 3D software (CAD or UG or other program software) and office software, English reading and writing

工作职责 1.可独立编制机加工工艺优先，熟悉研发NPI。 2.能根据客户要求，熟悉CAD、Catia等软件，进行绘图画图，能计算形位公差，熟悉工艺路径制定，计算cycle time进行报价，懂SAP优先。 3.有非标定制半导体金属件优先，熟悉精益生产和5S，有大规模生产环境的工程经验优先。 4.熟悉车铣复合中心，三轴（熟悉三轴以上优先），熟悉发那科或西门子的编程。 5.熟悉模具和夹具的稳定性。 6.熟悉3~5条中的某一点。 任职资格 1.本科及以上学历，3年以上机械、材料加工背景。 2良好的英语听说读写能力，有项目管理工作经验优先。 3.成长型思维，具备在跨文化环境中工作的能力和较强的学习能力。 4.工作风格严谨、精准，沟通能力强，从事过机加工的商务谈判。 5.接受灵活处理工作任务和工作时间。 6.多重任务和处理事务的优先级管理能力。
