AI Investment Content Creator Lead60k-90k · 13薪
北京本科及以上3-5年
What you'll do
● Build and publish Playbooks on Alva that demonstrate real investment insight — Playbooks
other creators want to remix
● Own the editorial standard — what gets published, what angle, whether it actually moves
the needle for an investor. Raise the floor, not just the ceiling
● Write across formats — analysis, commentary, strategy breakdowns — in a voice that's
confident, clear, and honest about what's a strong opinion vs noise
● Design the system — templates, frameworks, rubrics — so good content scales beyond just
what you personally produce
● Use AI as a leverage tool, not a crutch — Claude, GPT, n8n, agents — so production goes 3x
without the bad output also going 3x
● Stay fluent on markets — equities, macro, crypto — and translate complexity into something
both a 22-year-old building their first portfolio and a 52-year-old fund manager can use
Who we want
The strongest signal: you're already doing this for yourself. You're already a creator with an audience
you grew. And you're already an investor who deploys capital and has opinions you can defend.
● You invest, for real. Positions you can defend, theses you'll change when data does, trades
that didn't work. You participate in markets, you don't just report on them.
● You write like the reader matters. The bad version of this role stacks concepts to look smart;
the good version makes a 13F filing genuinely interesting. We hire for the second.
● You have audience receipts. Newsletter subs + open rates, YouTube watch-through, a
column with real readership. The number is yours, not your employer's.
● You think in systems. You've built templates, taxonomies, workflows before. "This messy thing
can become a repeatable thing."
● You use AI like air. Claude, GPT, n8n, prompts, evals. You can show how AI 3x'd your output
without 3x'ing the noise.
● You can read a chart and write the story it tells. Data in, narrative out.
● You're remote-native — async-first, self-directed.
