Key Responsibilities
Strategic Leadership
• Develop and implement HR strategies that align with the regional business objectives and contribute to the organization's success.
• Partner with regional leadership to understand business needs, challenges, and growth plans, and translate them into HR initiatives.
• Drive organizational development efforts, including change management, culture transformation, and performance improvement initiatives.
Talent Management
• Oversee talent acquisition, ensuring the region attracts and selects high-caliber employees who embody the company's values.
• Implement effective succession planning and talent development programs to retain top talent and build a strong talent pipeline.
Associate Relation and Engagement
• Promote a positive work environment by fostering employee engagement, open communication, and a culture of inclusivity.
• Manage associate relations issues, including conflict resolution, performance improvement plans, and disciplinary actions.
• Ensure compliance with labor laws, company policies, and best practices in all HR-related matters.
Total Rewards and Performance Management
• Develop and manage regional Total Rewards plan that are competitive and aligned with the company's overall strategy.
• Analyze market trends and make recommendations to ensure the region's Total Rewards remain attractive and equitable.
• Administer associate recognition and reward to motivate and incentivize high performance.
Team Leadership
• Lead, mentor, and develop a team of HR professionals.
• Set clear KPI for HR team, and evaluate performance regularly
• Foster a collaborative and high-performing HR team environment, encouraging continuous improvement and innovation.
Data Analytics and Reporting
• Utilize HR data and analytics to drive informed decision-making and measure the effectiveness of HR initiatives.
• Develop and present HR reports and dashboards to regional leadership, highlighting key metrics and trends.
• Implement HR technology solutions to streamline HR processes, improve data accuracy, and enhance employee experience.
Qualification
Bachelor’s degree in human resources or a related field; master’s degree preferred.
• Proven experience as Regional HR Head or similar role, with a track record of success in leading HR teams in a multi-site or regional environment.
• Strong knowledge of HR best practices, labor laws, and regulations.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships at different levels of the organization.
• Demonstrated ability to drive organizational change and transformation.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with experience in HR data analysis and reporting.
• Proficiency in HR technology and systems, including HRIS, payroll, and performance management tools.
