Job Responsibilities
1. Design core indicator systems and dashboards for product lines (revenue, gross profit, unit contribution, risk cost rate, fee rate, activity & retention, etc.), and establish a monthly/quarterly product line business review mechanism

3. Align product line business objectives and measurement metrics with BU and product teams, and standardize analysis templates
4. Responsible for the design and maintenance of key models for each major product line, covering revenue, cost, risk, etc. (e.g., transaction fee and rebate structure, interest spread and funding cost, management fee/share of profit). 5. Lead pricing evaluations for major products/packages/promotions. Complete financial projections and sensitivity analysis from a P&L perspective, providing executable pricing proposals and red-line recommendations

8. Collaborate with Product/Risk/Credit/Ops/Platform and Entity Finance/Controller to map out the end-to-end process of product pricing, revenue recognition, cost allocation, and P&L attribution, ensuring “clear metrics and bookable accounting”
9. Participate in and drive the development of standard mechanisms related to products, including: product/pricing review mechanisms, financial evaluation processes for new products/feature launches, data metrics and reconciliation/settlement requirements for products, to ensure “calculable and consistent”
10. Align metrics with other BP teams to ensure that revenue/cost breakdowns from a product line perspective can be cross-reconciled with growth and regional dimensions as needed
11. Lead the Product BP team in work allocation and priority management, systematizing reusable product financial analysis methodologies, templates, and tools to improve team delivery efficiency and quality.
12. Provide coaching and performance feedback to team members, supporting their continuous growth in product understanding, modeling capabilities, and business communication
13. Assist in other ad-hoc duties as assigned
