Responsibilities:
Lead the initial Kick Off meeting with customer to identify and clearly understand the customer needs and expectations (Customer Voice)
Distribute the workload to all team members as well as identify all headcount additions needed for the specific project.
Train and develop all PE in their responsibilities/activities Responsible to review and approve all implementation plans before there are being sent to the customer from the beginning all way through the end of the NPI/ECN process.
Assure PE Team is working in all designated activities required by the APQP process.
Make sure that customer receives accurate information or feedback as requested in a timely manner.
Make sure all materials, equipment, tools and manufacturing process will be available on time to launch the projects to meet the customer’s demand for all ECN’s.
Follow up all the activities involved in the Process Sign Off to release the Manufacturing Process for ECN.
Ensure to ship the samples on time.
Participate in the Manufacturing pilot runs and Production startup in order to validate the manufacturing plan as established.
Responsible to require proper authorization to acquire raw material, equipment or tools out of lead time.
Requirements:
Bachelor degree or above, majoring in engineering
At least 5 years related with project management working experience and at least 5 years in managerial position in the manufacturing enterprise.
Fluent in English in listening, speaking, reading and writing.
Good communication skills for internal & external relations.
Excellent team player.
Self-motivated, sociable creative.
